Return Policy

At The Stash Plug, customer safety and hygiene are our highest priorities.

Because our products are classified as intimate personal-use items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any product that has been opened, used, or had its original seal or packaging broken. This policy exists to protect the health and safety of all customers.

Eligible Returns

You may request a return if:

• Your item is unopened and unused.
• The return request is made within 30 days of delivery.
• The product is in its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.

Non-Returnable Items

For sanitary and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

• Opened products
• Used products
• Products with broken seals
• Products showing signs of wear or use
• Clearance or final sale items
• Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the product
• Photos of the shipping box
• A brief description of the issue

We'll gladly replace the item or issue a refund if the claim is approved.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
